ON A BICYCLE TOUR
This is the ultimate experience for those seeking a perfect blend of adventure and indulgence. Join our delightful guided bike tour in Palma and treat yourself to a break where you can savor delicious, authentic Spanish tapas in the heart of Palma’s old town, enhancing your tour to the fullest!
Our TOUR WITH TAPAS adventure unfolds as follows:
Our journey begins at one of our two starting points (or any preferred location for private bookings), where you’ll be welcomed by our team. After a brief orientation and a review of our biking policies, we’ll equip you with a comfortable, high-quality city bike – the perfect companion for an active yet gentle ride. If desired, a helmet (mandatory until 16 years of age) and a basket can also be provided. Refreshments, including water, can be conveniently purchased from our shop.
After a quick briefing on the tour details and a demonstration of how the bikes work, we’ll ensure your bike seat is adjusted for optimal comfort. Ready and set, we’re all geared up to embark on this exhilarating journey!
Our TOUR WITH TAPAS takes you along the bike lane on the seafront avenue, heading towards the main Cathedral “La Seu.” Feel the cool breeze against your skin and the thrill of the ride as we make short stops at various points of interest to look at the view and inviting you to take in the beauty around you, drink some wàter and re-grop before continuing. After a few stops around Parc de la Mar, we venture into Palma de Mallorca’s old town, swapping open esplanades for enchanting ancient narrow streets and alleys. The old town boasts an abundance of old churches and plazas, each with its own unique charm to be enjoyed from the bicycle seat as we pedal by. Continuing our exploration, we navigate through the predominantly medieval part of Palma, passing by popular visitor sites and discovering the city’s diverse cultural offerings, including museums and art galleries.
And now, a true highlight awaits – the tapas stop! Indulge in the flavors of Spain, with one drink and three delectable Spanish “pincho” tapas per person. It’s a moment to savor and enjoy the local culinary traditions. After this delightful break, we conclude our tour by biking through the last significant sites in the neighborhoods of La Lonja and/or Santa Catalina/Es Jonquet, rounding up this unforgettable journey.
Discover the charm of Palma from the bicycle saddle and the flavors of Spanish tapas, all in one remarkable experience.
