Description
Experience Palma’s enchanting nightlife through our “PALMA BY NIGHT WITH TAPAS” tour, a unique journey that reveals a different side of the city after the sun sets. Immerse yourself in a guided bike tour through the urban streets, now tranquil, fresh, and adorned with the city lights reflecting in the sea and Parc de la Mar’s lake. As you pedal through, witness the city come alive with a serene ambiance, quite a contrast to its bustling daytime persona.
Similar to our DISCOVER PALMA tour, this is an eco-friendly journey offering glimpses (as we bike past buildings) into Mallorca’s captivating past, all enjoyed on a dynamic bike tour in Palma de Mallorca. Throughout this 3.5-hour guided bike tour, you’ll traverse bike lanes, serene old town streets, as well as parks and plazas, on a comfortable high-quality city bike. The medieval charm of Mallorca’s old town forms a beautiful contrast to the modernity of Palma, where residents, history, commerce, and tourism harmoniously coexist.
Our “PALMA BY NIGHT WITH TAPAS” tour unfolds as follows:
Our journey begins at one of our two starting points (or any preferred location for private tours), where you’ll meet your tour guide and receive a warm welcome. After a brief orientation and a review of our biking policies, you’ll be provided with a top-tier city bike perfect for a night ride – sporty and comfortable. Additionally, for this night tour, we equip you with two bike lights (front and rear) to ensure maximum safety during our ride. If desired, a helmet (mandatory until 16 years of age) and a basket can also be provided. Water and other refreshments can be purchased from our shop.
After a comprehensive briefing on the tour details, including what to expect, timing, procedures, and local biking regulations, we’ll help you adjust the bike seat for a comfortable experience. With everything set, we’re ready to embark!
Our “PALMA BY NIGHT BICYCLE TOUR WITH TAPAS” takes you along the bike lane on the seafront avenue, heading towards the main Cathedral “La Seu.” After a biking through Parc de la Mar, we venture into Palma de Mallorca’s old town, exchanging open, spacious esplanades for charming ancient narrow streets and alleys. The old town is adorned with an abundance of old churches and plazas, each with its unique charm. Continuing our exploration, we navigate through the predominantly medieval part of Palma, passing by popular visitor sites and discovering the city’s diverse cultural offerings, including museums and art galleries. The true highlight of our tour awaits – the tapas stop. Indulge in one drink and savor three delectable tapas (“pincho style”). After this delightful break, we conclude our tour by biking through the last significant sites in the La Lonja area before heading back to our shop.
